VESSEL

By operating our own fishing fleets and controlling the fishing operations, we ensure fish are handled according to strict handling and preservation guidelines to retain desirable quality and food safety. This in turn guarantees that, upon reaching our factory, fish are delivered to the next process in a fresh, pristine and undamaged condition.

Our vessels are regularly inspected and checked by Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia for its strict handling and hygiene, thus have been awarded "Certificate of Good Fish Handling Practices" for surpassing their standard.

Our catching crew team were given "Certificate of Proficiency of Fish Handling" by completing the training that was conducted by Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia.

To maintain freshness, our vessels are equipped with refrigerated sea water tank for fresh tuna, air blast freezer and deep freezing storage for frozen products.

Our collecting boat operates under the regulation and support by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia. Our collecting boat is designed to collect catches from our longline tuna vessel effortlessly with high speed to reach a goal of maintaining freshness and quality upon reaching the land. It is also equipped with the same storage functionality and features as our longline tuna and squid fishing vessel.

Our squid fishing vessels operates in the Arafura Sea and uses squid handline gear as a method of catching. Our squid fishing vessels uses IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) system on board, this makes the product keep its shape, colour and taste after defrost, at a far greater extent.

TRACEABILITY

We record historical information at each stage of the process in order to identify the origin of each fish caught, such as the coordinates of where it was caught, fishing gear and the vessel used. This process is carried out immediately after the fish are caught and chilled on board, rest of the traceability process is managed in our processing facility. In this facility, fish are processed, sorted, weighed and packaged in a way that enables quick identification. Complete traceability from the sea to the table is thus guaranteed, as well as total food safety and transparency.
